"In December 2005 Congress approved a new dollar coinage, known as Presidential Dollars. During each year from 2007 to 2015, four different dollar designs, each featuring the portrait of a president, were released, with three more being released in 2016. Living presidents ( both current and former ) are excluded from the program, so the program ceased at that time, after issuing the Ronald Reagan coin. A George H.W. Bush coin was then issued in 2020, following his passing in 2018. Interestingly, two coins were issued for Grover Cleveland, representing the two nonconsecutive terms he served." - Whitman Publishing
