I initially rated the JFK Album as 3-star because there was an acetate cover missing. I reported that to Coin Supply Express and I received a replacement acetate from Dansco. Coin Supply Express demonstrated great customer support and responsiveness. I am now rating the JFK Album and Coin Supply Express as 5-star.
