This review is more about Coin Supply Express than the coin folder. The folder I originally bought was flawed. I requested a replacement and, within 2 days, I had 3 (three!) of them - AT NO CHARGE TO ME!!! "Ray" was not about to let his supplier of folders diminish his company's sterling reputation. I think it's safe to say that he went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND 'good' customer service. I am TRULY impressed!
