Looks good, am not familiar with the snap shut style. Always had plastic screws to close the two sides.

I love these coin holders. We have done a birth year set and wedding set for each of our children and we now do a birth year set for every Grandchild that is born. We are going on #s 5 and 6 with these two new ones! It is something special for them to keep forever!
