I ordered a pack of quarter coin tubes and half dollar coin tubes and some of the tubes were cracked and one tube had a defective cap that couldn't screw on the tube. The company need to do a better job inspecting their products before it leaves the factory/warehouse.

Love the coin tubes. They made is so easy to clean up my grandfather's coins. There was one tube that didn't fit the quarters I had, but I participated in an online chat and the rep was quick to send out a replacement tube. The rep was both friendly and very helpful and I can hardly wait to order more supplies.
