some tubes were chipped cracked under cap. some caps would not secure tightly

I was very pleased with my order that was recently received. There was a problem with the Dime-round coin tube Harris 100 pack. The screw cap lids on several (11) would not stay on. You did not have to twist-just slide on. This creates a problem when you want to remove one from the box with coin weight already in them.
