I'm critiquing the customer service agent ~ he took no time in finding my order. The price was a little high but with that price comes better customer service (and when I say "finding my order" they keep track of what I buy and if I want another one, I just tell them who I am and they can find my previous order in 2 shakes)

I enjoy dealing with your company for supplies. Your speed and service is exemplary. My most recent purchase arrived quickly and will be put to use. I am disappointed withe the slab box as it seems to be a double row 2x2 storage box and not as tall as I wanted. I will use the box for something and will have to purchase separate NGC Slab storage.
