The folder is exactly what I wanted, to display a full set of state and territory quarters and DC, from both the Denver and Philadelphia Mints. It arrived on time and in excellent condition, and is already half full. All of the quarters are brilliant uncirculated. The price of the folder was appropriate, but I was dismayed at the cost of shipping, more than the cost of the item, and unexpected since the page where I found the item indicated there was no shipping cost.
