I recently purchased a Jefferson Nickel Cornerstone album. The quality of these albums is second to none other out there. BUT, I was in process of inserting a 2010D into it's correct slot after pulling back the clear protector, the coin dropped all the way through the page and onto the floor. No bottom protector was in place, manufacturing error. After getting word of my problem to Coin Express they sent me out a new album that arrived promptly and with all top and bottom inserts in tact. For no charge of course. Great Products, Good Service. Ed
