For the money, this is a great and useful tool for seeing fine detail. I am primarily using for coins but will also use with stamps. It would be nice to be able to selectively turn off some of the LEDs as shadowing is useful to see some surface details. Ambient light does interfere also, so in certain cases it has to be used in a dark room or with a box enclosure to control outside lighting. And to see very fine, close details, a binocular microscope still works best. The feature of capturing photos directly to the PC is extremely useful, giving the ability to crop and label photos. The Premium Stand (or other stationary stand) is a must.
