Usual Whitman quality. Only issue is that the folder lists 2023 quarter #1 2023 Quarter #2 ect. This is not a issue with CoinSupplyExpress but an issue for Whitman Publishing. I would have thought that they would have had a production schedule from the mint or from the enabling law for this program. As far as CoinSupplyExpress, outstanding service as alway.
