This large educational coin folder allows you to showcase your collection of state quarters, featuring openings for all 50 states, U.S. territories, and D.C. on an archival-safe board with inert materials. The 50 State Quarters� Program, launched by the U.S. Mint in 1999, celebrated each state in the order they ratified the Constitution over ten years. The reverses of the quarters feature unique state designs, while the obverse showcases George Washington's portrait along with the phrases "United States of America," "Quarter Dollar," "Liberty," and "In God We Trust." In 2009, the Mint also released quarters for D.C. and five U.S. territories�Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands�minting them to satisfy collector and commercial demand, including proof and uncirculated 90% silver versions.
