THE TUBES ARE TWIST CAPS WHICH ENSURE A MORE SECURE TOP. LABELS STICK TO THE TOP VERY EASILY BECAUSE OF THEIR FLAT SURFACE. THE TUBES ARE MADE OF A GOOD PLASTIC THAT, AS OF THIS DATE, I HAVE NOT HAD ONE CRACK OR BREAK. COINS FIT TIGHT INTO THE TUBES.

The price was good, but I prefer to type of coin tube boxes with the round foam sheet in the bottom instead of the compartmented grid. Also, the screw-on caps are very hard to turn.
